Hello, I'm Monica,

A dedicated Yoga practitioner and certified instructor in Vinyasa 200YTT, Hatha Yoga 30hrs, Yin Yoga 20hrs, 10hrs Theming in Yoga, and 10hrs Sound Healing Certification.

I am trained in Mat Pilates, and Pilates with small ball.

I am a Reiki Master since 2010.

With years of experience and a passion for holistic well-being, I'm here to guide you on your path to health and harmony.

In my classes, I have a compassionate approach to all abilities, I like to start and end up my yoga classes with breathwork and meditation.

Outside the mat, I am an artist, and a pet lover. Please bring your pet to yoga class.`I love travel, beach is my favorite holiday place. I am a foodie and coffee lover. Hope to know more about you too.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. It's a great choice for those looking to combine physical exercise with mental focus and relaxation.

Benefits of Vinyasa Yoga are strengthens and tones the body, increases flexibility and balance, promotes mindfulness and stress reduction, enhances cardiovascular health.

Vinyasa flow can be tailored to suit individual needs and abilities.

Variations and modifications are offered for different levels. Vinyasa Yoga is an inclusive practice suitable for everyone. It's an opportunity to explore your body, breath, and mind on your unique yoga journey. Reach out for more information you need.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a gentle and passive style of yoga that focuses on long-held, deep stretches and relaxation. Unlike more active yoga styles, Yin yoga involves holding seated or lying down poses for extended periods, often ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. These extended holds target the body's connective tissues, like ligaments and fascia, promoting flexibility and joint mobility.

Yin yoga also encourages mindfulness and a meditative mindset as practitioners surrender to the sensations in each pose. It's an excellent choice for those seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and a chance to release tension stored in the body. Yin yoga is suitable for all levels and complements more dynamic yoga practices and active lifestyles. I recommand having props such us blocks or books as replacements, blankets, bolster or cushions.

Balance Pilates Pattern Seamless Vector


Pilates is a holistic and low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, this fitness system emphasizes controlled movements, precise alignment, and mindful breathing. Pilates exercises can be performed on a mat, standing or using equipment, to target specific muscle groups. It's an effective way to build core strength, improve posture, and promote a balanced and toned physique while minimizing the risk of injury. Pilates is suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be customized to meet individual needs and goals.

In my Pilates classes I offer options with props, also variations for beginners and advanced for most of the exercises.

As equipment you will need a mat, optional a small ball andl weights. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid having a heavy meal before class.

Reiki healing is a holistic and non-invasive energy healing practice that originated in Japan. During a Reiki session, a practitioner uses their hands to channel universal life force energy (known as "ki" or "chi") into the recipient's body. This gentle and soothing energy aims to promote relaxation, balance, and the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki is often administered with the recipient fully clothed and lying down, or it can be directed to specific areas of the body. It is believed to alleviate stress, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being by clearing energy blockages and restoring the body's energy flow. While the experience is deeply relaxing, Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment but is often used as a complementary therapy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Reiki sessions are done normally one to one, however in some situations, Reiki healing sessions ca be done on a group such as family, workshop on a specific theme, etc. Reiki can be done after a yoga restorative class or after any yoga class or on its own. A Reiki session last for 15-20 minutes, however can be extended to 30 minutes in some situations. Please email me if you need more information about Reiki healing sessions.

Psychic Readings

As a psychic card reader and skilled intuitive practitioner I use cards, such as Tarot cards or Oracle cards and more, as tools to gain insights into your life, emotions, and future.

I use different cards in order to find the answers, details of a situation in depends of each person needs. I have the intuition and skills to help bringing some light and insight in a life situation. I can offer guidance, clarity, and answers to your questions, help you navigate life's challenges, make informed decisions, and gain a deeper understanding of your personal journey.

Standard session is a single question and the duration of maximum 25 minutes for it.
