I'm deeply passionate about yoga and certified in various disciplines, including 500YTT Vinyasa, 30hrs Hatha Yoga, 30hrs Chair Yoga, 20hrs Yin Yoga, 10hrs Yoga Theming, and 10hrs Sound Healing.
I'm also proficient in Mat Pilates and Pilates with a small ball, and have been a Reiki Master since 2010.
With years of experience and a commitment to holistic well-being, I'm here to support you on your journey to health and harmony. My classes are inclusive and nurturing, catering to practitioners of all levels. I love to begin and end sessions with breathwork and meditation, setting the tone for a transformative experience.
Outside of yoga, I'm an artist and an avid pet lover. Feel free to bring your furry friends along to class! I'm also a travel enthusiast, with a soft spot for beach holidays. As a foodie and coffee aficionado, I'm always up for discovering new culinary delights.
